Led Zeppelin- Dazed and Confused Cover

A cover version of the rock song "Dazed and Confused" by Led Zeppelin including the guitar solo. The video features lead guitar only. Guitar played and recorded by Alexander Schwartz. All music and lyrics written by Jimmy Page (inspired by Jake Holmes).

"Dazed and Confused" is the fourth song from Led Zeppelin's self-titled debut album released on January 12, 1969. The song is one of three Led Zeppelin songs to feature guitarist Jimmy Page using a bow on the electric guitar, the other two being "How Many More Times" and "In The Light." "Dazed and Confused" was not released as a single with "Led Zeppelin I," but the album itself was a success charting at #10 on the "U.S. Billboard 200" and at #6 on the "UK Albums Chart" in 1973, and also re-charted in 2014 due to the re-issue project of Led Zeppelin's catalog by Jimmy Page. The re-issued version of the album charted at #7 on the "U.S. Billboard 200."

This video was recorded on June 22, 2010. Please note that the song cover is not intended to be exactly note for note and that I did make a couple of mistakes. I am only human after all and a self-taught musician who has never taken a lesson.

The video was recorded via a Sony Digital Camera and edited with Windows Movie Maker. The guitar featured in the video is a Peavey Reactor Electric Guitar played through a Silvertone LA10R 15W Solid-State Amplifier.
